Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist – GenAI Specialist to join our clients innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and MLOps. The ideal candidate has a passion for building scalable ML pipelines, designing NLP systems, and delivering business-impactful AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- ML Pipeline Development: Develop, deploy, and optimize scalable ML pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- MLOps & AI Integration: Manage end-to-end machine learning operations (MLOps) for seamless deployment and performance optimization.
- Generative AI Expertise: Architect and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., Llama2, BERT), embedding models (e.g., CLIP), and deploy GenAI solutions.
- RAG Architecture Implementation: Design and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance search and recommendation systems.
- Chatbot Development: Design and deploy a cutting-edge Chatbot assistant leveraging LLMs, improving employee engagement and reducing response times.
- Recommendation Engine: Architect an advanced GenAI-based recommendation engine, leading to measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and cross-sell revenue.
- NLP and Big Data Systems: Work on NLP-based solutions and integrate with big data systems and ETL pipelines.
- Prompt Engineering: Implement task-specific prompt engineering solutions to maximize the performance of LLMs.
- Programming: Write production-grade code using Python, R, SQL, Java, or C++.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Data Science, with a strong foundation in Machine Learning and advanced AI techniques.
- MLOps Expertise: Proven experience in deploying ML pipelines and managing MLOps workflows.
- GenAI and LLM Knowledge: Hands-on expertise with Generative AI, LLMs, and fine-tuning open-source models.
- Frameworks & Tools: Proficiency in LangChain, Transformers, AWS Sagemaker, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Business Impact: Experience delivering business results, such as improving customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and revenue growth using GenAI.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex problems, manage ambiguity, and deliver results with innovative AI solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
